Rebecca helped us purchase a new house in a multi-offer situation. She is awesome. Prior to that she did take time and effort to see what we wanted and helped us set the right expectations. One thing we did learn is to think twice before you waive the inspection clause, although it makes you appear to be more competitive, sometimes it backfires so the negotiation process becomes more painful.
