Another example: after we had agreed on the best property to put our offer, Rebecca mentioned the strategies and risks of cutting the sales price. I as husband was pessimistic and expressed that I do not have expectation for price cut, though my wife did have her expectation.

After negotiation had begun, the listing agent sensed the strength of Rebecca, so she asked a super experienced agent to work together to deal with Rebecca. To get our best interest, Rebecca was combating with two experienced agents individually have 16+ years of experience dince they were representing the seller's best interst as well. Nevertheless, Rebecca was still able to achieve OUR goal of sale price and major P&S conditions. She helped us to get >7.4% price cut, which is 100K price cut, which saved us huge amount of money. Compared to our previous purchase, we only got <4% price cut, and that was in 2018. It is quite unusual to get such big price cut in Newton market at the time.
